Position: Title XIX Statewide Waiver Coordinator


1. Master’s Degree in Human Service Field.
2. At least five years of direct experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
3. At least one year of staff supervisory experience.

Pay Range: Based on experience.

General Description:

The Waiver Coordinator is directly responsible for all aspects of service delivery within the state. Must be able to work with Clinical Directors and the Executive Director to assure delivery of quality and economically viable services.


1. Development of all PAIS, Inc. policies and procedures.

2. Hire and supervise activities of all Clinical Directors.

3. Hire and supervise Regional Business Managers.

4. Hold monthly Management Team Meetings.

5. Supervise and report on Internal Review Committee/s.

6. Coordinate and supervise all development of staff training.

7. Serve as primary contact for state Waiver office.

8. Provide Plan of Correction for all licensing and waiver reviews.

9. Assure all PAIS, Inc. policies and procedures are being followed.

10. Maintain financial viability of all services.
